Are you thinking of getting the Hobonichi Weeks but wondering how to even use the Hobonichi Techo Weeks. In this article, I will be sharing with you on 5 ways to use the Hobonichi Weeks Planner and also, included Planner Setup Video for your viewing pleasure.
How to use the Hobonichi Techo Weeks?
1. Planner on the go
The petite size is perfect to just put it in your handbag. Also, the hard cover (it does comes with soft covers too) also sturdy and can last years long. I still have my Weeks bought 4 years ago. It has plenty of space to write on especially on errands or groceries list that you should do/buy for the day or week. Also, you can just jot down any quick note in the planner.
The title says it all, planner on the go is the planner that comes everywhere with you.
2. Goal Planner
Science says only 8% achieve their goals. The No. 1 failure in achieving goals is not writing it down and followed by not reviewing it frequently enough to check on your journey to achieve your goals.
If you are serious about your goals, then get the Hobonichi Techo Weeks to write down your goals for the year and review it every week. Every week?? That’s ridiculous, you say. It is not, check out the 12 Week Year by Wiley to read on how you can make sure you achieve your goals.
3. Health Planner
Almost everyone (at least the one whom I’ve interacted with) says that they use it as a health planner. They track their meditation days, food log, weight training, body statistics, steps count and so on. It’s a great way to check how far you have progressed in your health area when you flip through the pages.
4. Daily Short Journal
If you feel overwhelmed to write journal on an a5 size notebook. Start with the Hobonichi Techo Weeks. You can write short journal on the date section and do some doodling on the grid page. You can unleash your creativity and thoughts in the Techo Weeks. There’s no limit to it.
5. Finance Tracker Planner
The Hobonichi Techo Weeks works great as a finance tracker planner too. You can write down your expenses on the date section and write down your overall expense by category on the grid side. Also, you can write down your reminder to pay the bills on the monthly calendar section. At the 70 page note section, write down your financial goals or savings plan or credit card settling debt.
How I use the Hobonichi Techo Weeks
I use it as my planner on the go, goal tracker and expense tracker. Yes, you can combine them all because the planner offers such great space for you to write on.
I have weekly goals that I plan every week which I track and gives scores towards the end of the week. This way, I know how close I am to achieve my goals and it keeps reminding me of the list of goals I have for the year.
