What is Batch Tasking
An article by Leila Mooney defined batching means completing similar tasks in a scheduled block, avoiding the need for switching back and forth between skills and concentrations. I have often find it difficult to start and gain focus on a new task that I begin to do. 20 minutes would have pass by, by the time I begin to do the real work. So, I realised that batching tasks is the only way to do more in a specific amount of time.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT YOU CAPITALISE ON THAT FOCUS… BATCHING TASK OF COURSE

Simple… by PLANNING..
To batch your tasks, it involves some planning in the beginning. It is time consuming but trust me, once you find out which tasks to put in batch list, you will realise that you have more time left to do the things you want.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
1. Create a Master Task List
2. Segretate by location, people, similarities. You can create categorise it accourding to your liking and relelvance.
3. Set date / time in your calendar to schedule / block your time to complete the task.
